We are excited for our inaugural Intern Cohort! We are accepting rolling applications. Internships are project-based, so they are flexible and based around your interests. Internships are unpaid, however we would be thrilled to write recommendation letters and serve as a reference after your job well-done!

ABOUT WILDYOU
WildYou is a 501(c)(3) organization working in Northeast Ohio to ignite a passion for and inspire people to reconnect with nature through exploration, education and recreation. We hope to encourage environmental guardianship and foster the next generation of explorers.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for Interns who are passionate about nature and education. As an Intern you will learn from Naturalist Mentors as you engage the public in various offerings- from kayaking to children’s programs. You will also have an opportunity to assist with key projects – from marketing to curriculum design.

DETAILS
This is an unpaid internship. Since it is project based, there is no minimum hour commitment and is flexible to your schedule. Interns can accomplish work virtually or can assist with programming. Please check out our program page for details about dates/locations.

NEXT STEPS
After we receive your application, we will contact you and arrange for an interview in person or by phone. All information on this form will be kept confidential and will help us find the perfect intern projects for you. Please keep in mind that since we work with children, we require a criminal background check for Interns who will be assisting with programs.
